Booking & Stay: Members must book their stays in advance, subject to availability. Unused days cannot be carried forward.
Repayment Policy: Investment repayment is structured yearly as per the agreed package.
Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds, transfers, or resale of memberships are subject to the resort’s official agreement terms.
Ownership & Benefits: Membership benefits, including stay privileges, are governed by resort policies and cannot be transferred without prior approval.
Additional Charges: Taxes and government-imposed fees may apply to bookings, food, and other services.
Termination: The resort reserves the right to terminate memberships in case of policy violations or misuse of privileges.
